Pulled calf muscles, broken limbs, haematomas the size of a rugby balls - we have seen it all! We know what it is like when your sport is your life - or at least your sanity - and so we will endeavour to keep you as active and involved as possible whilst you get back to your peak.

Over 80% of the population will experience some form of low back pain during their lifetime, and of those who do experience it, 85% will experience a recurrence at some point in their lifetimes. We can teach you about your back and how it is moving, and how to strengthen and optimise this in order to reduce the chance that you are on the wrong side of the percentage line.

Pre & Post Surgery

If you find yourself in the circumstance that you are requiring surgery then we can help you get the best outcome from this experience. The stronger you are going into surgery, the better the outcome of that surgery will be. In general this means strengthening the whole chain, and not only the affected area itself. After surgery things have a habit of switching off and/or going into a protective spasm. We can help to identify what is going on where, and overcoming these to get things effectively switching on again as soon as possible

Here in the city of London chronic stress and fatigue are a major problem. They will often masquerade as 'mechanical injuries' such as back pain or neck pain. Once identified, the pain will usually clear up quickly, and of course seeking appropriate help for the underlying stress factors is essential
